Apologies, yes, this was me. I highly recommend the book. It definitely inspired me — if you know me, you know I am an avid hater of bureaucracy, meetings, and all the like. But it’s hard for me to find balance where I can benefit from the organization yet not get pulled down into the minutiae that drive me batty. I found this to be a good inspiration to keep going and teetering along that line, trying to find that balance.

Get clear on a vision of what is best for our organization and our customers, then get strategic about how to bring that vision to life given the real life obstacles and challenges.
